Wabix FAQ
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
You need a number that is not already active on the regular WhatsApp app. You can use a new number or move an existing one to the Business Platform.
Who pays for the messages?
Meta charges per conversation and bills those charges directly. Wabix does not add a markup.
Can my team share one number?
Yes. Add agents with their own logins, assign chats round-robin and choose which modules each agent can open.
Can I start with Wabix and add other products later?
Yes. Add Rankix or PostFlow anytime, or move to the cMOS suite.
